Ron Crosby - Team Manager
Ron Crosby and his wife Ann have been married over 30 years and have four children. They live in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Crosby's interest in racing goes back to his youth when he would go to the Indy 500 with his grandfather every year. In 1982, Crosby opened his own building materials business which led to multiple locations in Oklahoma and North Texas, never losing interest in racing. With these mutual interests, it was inevitable Sonntag and Crosby would meet. What began as a business relationship soon went from lumber and concrete to the race tracks. Soon after the 2000 season got under way, Crosby followed the Sonntag racing Team. As the season came to a close, it was apparent that, with Sonntag's experience and knowledge of racing and Crosby's effective business management, together they could produce a competitive NASCAR Truck Team. As plans were being made for the 2001 season, things began moving swiftly for the Team. Sonntag Racing became Tagsby Racing.
Joey Sonntag - Crew Chief
Joey Sonntag and his wife Kim have been married over 32 years, and have two children. They live in Granbury, Texas where they moved after selling Sonntag Trucking and Sonntag Red-Mix Concrete which they owned for over 20 years. Sonntag grew up racing with his father and three brothers at dirt tracks throughout North Texas. In 1973 with barely a driver's license, he began his own racing career. From 1985 to 1988, Sonntag and the racing team ran several ARCA races including Michigan, Talladega, Daytona, and Atlanta. He successfully finished each of those races within the top 25. Once again, he set his mind to qualify for the Daytona 500 in 1988 and placed 16th in the twin 125 race. He was only one position away from making the race and subsequently received the "Close but No Cigar" award. Sonntag started competing in the NASCAR Truck series in 1999 and 2000. In 2001 the team became Tagsby Racing.
Kelly Frankum - Truck Chief
Kelly Frankum (A.K.A. Killer Wayne) has been racing since childhood, he started with Go Carts and then moved to the dirt track. In 1999 Killer worked as the truck chief/rear tire changer for Sonntag/Tagsby Truck Team until 2002. Killer is excited to be back racing in NASCAR and ready to have a great season. Killer's wife, Dionne and children, Jessie and Drew live in Valliant, OK along with their three canine children Dawg, CoCo and Killer.

Willie Wilson - Transport Driver/Electronics
William "Willie" Wilson and his wife Dawn have been married for over 11 years and have two children. They live in Ardmore, Ok. Although relatively new to Nascar, Willie is a devout fan of the sport. Willie drives the hauler for the team, has designed and developed the team website, and gladly fills in wherever he may be needed to help contribute to the successes of the team.
